Picture it! Malibu, 1962 and a teenage girl named Chicklet desperately wants to be a part of the surfer crowd. One thing getting in her way, however, is her unfortunate tendency towards multiple personalities, including a dim checkout girl, an elderly radio talk show hostess, a male model named Steve, and the accounting firm of Edelman and Edelman.
And her most dangerous alter ego — sexually voracious vixen Ann Bowman — has nothing less than world domination on her mind!
Mischief, madness and the passionate pursuit of the perfect wave (and the perfect man!) come crashing over the heads of the audience as beach blankets and Hitchcockian psychological suspense thrillers are tossed around in this rollicking, campy comedy.

Drew Droege is thrilled to be doing his third Charles Busch play, having played Mary Dale in RED SCARE ON SUNSET at Attic Theatre and Angela Arden in DIE MOMMIE DIE! at Celebration Theatre/ Kirk Douglas Theatre. He recently appeared Off-Broadway in the hit musical TITANIQUE as well as his solo shows HAPPY BIRTHDAY DOUG and BRIGHT COLORS AND BOLD PATTERNS, for which he received Best Performance at Outfest. Both shows are streaming on BroadwayHD. He is best known for his Chloe Sevigny parody videos and can be heard on Audible’s play THE COMEDIANS and the video game CRIME BOSS: ROCKAY CITY. His tv credits include BOB’S BURGERS, THE GREAT NORTH, YOUR HONOR, THE GOLDBERGS, SEARCH PARTY, DRUNK HISTORY, HEATHERS, and he can be seen in films ME TIME, FOOL’S PARADISE, and Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming QUEER.
SAM PANCAKE (Mrs. Forrest)
Sam Pancake is an actor, writer and comedian who has been a constant presence on stage, television, commercials and movies for the past three decades. He was a series regular on Fox's "Kitchen Confidential with Bradley Cooper and the Lifetime sit-com "Lovespring International" with Jane Lynch. A few of the TV shows he has had recurring roles on are: "Friends", "Will & Grace", "Curb Your Enthusiasm", "Arrested Development", "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life", "Search Party", the new "Saved By The Bell" and many more. Some of his many guest star credits include: "West Wing", "King of Queens", "Angel", "Charmed", "Pushing Daisies", "Parenthood", "Major Crimes", "Documentary Now", "The Mick" and most recently "Shameless", "The Rookie" and "The Goldbergs". This year he finished a five season run as Carter French on ABC's "A Million Little Things" and next year he can be seen in the films "Advanced Chemistry" with Sarah Burns and "Pool Man" with Chris Pine.

Roz Hernandez (she/her) is a standup comedian and one of the stars of “Living for the Dead” on Hulu. Her weekly podcast “Ghosted! by Roz Hernandez” is produced by Exactly Right Media, and she can be seen in the Netflix queer standup comedy documentary “Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution” which begins streaming this June. KAREN MARUYAMA (Kanaka)
TV credits include Bosch, Better Call Saul, Shameless, Baskets, 2 Broke Girls, Who’s Line Is It Anyway?, The Simpsons, Futurama, and Dead To Me. She has appeared the films Life of the Party, The Binge 2, The Campaign, The Bucket List, Kung Fu Panda, and the upcoming Ultraman. She is excited to be in a play again. Her theater credits include several shows with Mark Taper’s Improvisational Theater project, an all-Asian production of A Chorus Line at East West Players, and laundry list of shows at the Groundlings. She dedicates this performance to her biggest fan-her dog Posey.
PETE ZIAS (Marvel Ann)
Pete Zias is an alum of and regular performer of The Groundlings Theatre in Los Angeles. He performed his solo show, "The Teddy Teddy Show," at the NYC International and Hollywood Fringe Festival. Pete appears in the popular web series "DUMPSTER QUEENS". He hosts TOTAL TRASH LIVE! where he reads from his extensive tabloid collection! On stage, Online, and Podcast platforms! His web series "Friday Night with Crystal" and "I Remember You" can be viewed on his YouTube channel "The Pete Zias Show." Pete has appeared on OUT TV" S DR. JACKIE and His film credits include Grandmother's Gold, The NeverList, Cock N Bull 3, PIG HAG, and the upcoming feature film thriller GANYMEDE! Pete has performed at The UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE THEATRE, The Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, and Gotham Comedy Club NYC. Pete has performed at SF Sketchfest and the DTLA Proud Festival. He studied Theatre at Marymount Manhattan College.
THOMAS HOBSON (Star Cat)
Seamlessly flowing between feature films, television and stage, effortlessly inhabiting musical, dramatic and comedic roles, award-winning Thomas Hobson most recently played the lead in the period film Ghosts of the Ozarks opposite Tim Blake Nelson and David Arquette and is a series regular on Nickelodeon's number one show, "That Girl Lay Lay." Other recent film credits include Driven, Be the Light, I'll Be Watching, 12 Hour Shift, and Squirrel. Recurring television roles include Sherman's Showcase, Rachel Dratch's Late Night Snack, and Live from The 8th Dimension plus major guest starring roles on 9-1-1, Bunk'd, Dynasty, Criminal Minds, NCIS: LA, etc. Extensive theatre credits include Inherit The Wind (Pasadena Playhouse), Hamlet: The Rock Musical (El Portal), Frankenstein (A Noise Within), double Ovation Awarding winning performance as Andre in Ain't Misbehavin' (La Mirada), Ovation winner for Complete History of America Abridged (Gary Marshall Theatre), the Beast in Beauty and the Beast (Pasadena Civic and Laguna Playhouse). Thomas Hobson began acting at six — it was all he wanted to do — and fortunately he had the talent and tenacity to back up his dream. Earliest credits include leading roles in Clubhouse Detectives, Michael Jordan: An American Hero, and Disney's Movie Surfers as well as recurring roles on Step-by-Step and A Different World. After earning a BFA from Yale University, Thomas won the series regular role of Shout on the hit Nickelodeon series The Fresh Beat Band.

is a queer actor/writer/director. A graduate of the USC School of Dramatic Arts and NC School of the Arts, Daniel began his career onstage and in the world of sketch comedy (UCB/Second City/The Groundlings). Film/TV credits: Barry, Muppets Now, Insecure, Mom, Jane The Virgin. Daniel is also the writer/director of The Jessica Cabin, an award-winning feature about queer ghosts (now available on VOD!) and half of the sketch comedy duo Mary-Kate and Ashtray.

RYAN BERGMANN (Director)
Ryan is a theatrical director and producer based in Los Angeles, where he serves as the Executive Director of the Dance Theatre Company, Mixed eMotion Theatrix. In 2015, fueled by a shared dream with his creative accomplice, Janet Roston, Ryan co-founded Mixed eMotion Theatrix. Their collective vision was to enchant audiences worldwide with the transformative power of theater, dance, and multimedia, fostering acceptance and growth within diverse communities. Most recent projects include "Gatsby Redux" at The Grand Theatre in Tracy, CA, and Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills and the internationally acclaimed “Anaïs Nin, Unbound" at prestigious festivals in Avignon, France, and Morocco. Independently, Ryan's recent notable directorial projects include, "Mutt House, The Musical" and "Die Mommie Die" at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, as well as productions at renowned venues such as Celebration Theatre and Theatre of NOTE, including world premieres of playwright Steve Yockey’s "Niagara Falls” and “Distractions at the Crash Site".

Rich is a graduate of UCLA where he earned a BA in film and television. His theatre credits include Company of Wayward Saints, Reservations for Two, Gruesome Hotel, Measure For Measure, Come Get Maggie, Blue, The Shadow, Lines in the Dust, Sukkot, and H*tler's Tasters. Yuri Okahana-Benson is a Tokyo-born scenographer based in Los Angeles, CA. She has been working both nationally and internationally. RS Buck is an international producer, designer, and manager for live experiences. Their work focuses on fostering safe spaces for whimsy. Recent LA collaborators include: The Broad, The Resonance Collective, The LA LGBT Center, Sunweaver Creative, Electric Workshop, Universal Studios, WB Studios, Estrella TV, BE Moving, Woolf and the Wondershow, Center Theater Group, Deaf West. HorseChart Theatre Company originated in 1998 and went on to produce season after season of critical and commercial successes before taking a hiatus around 2008; Psycho Beach Party is the first production in recent years and marks the Company’s entry into Los Angeles.
